The vision was and continues to be, to create a favourite escape in Montpellier. As a bistro café, Chaplais Kitchen is very different from Chaplais Deli, the common goal being the passion to offer uncomplicated, great tasting food, using the best ingredients from artisans around the world to have in, on our terrace, or to grab & go, for breakfast, brunch, lunch, tea and scones, and dinner.
