Pasta

We only sell Artisan pasta which is handmade and naturally dried, not kiln dried as are most commercial pastas. Our pastas mostly have a slightly rough finish to them, which enables sauces to adhere better. The range of Seggiano pastas from Tuscany are all non-egg varieties, whereas the Filotea range, which we import direct from Italy, all has a whopping 30% egg content, and a 1 minute cooking time !
